Teriyaki Beef Skewers
Ingredients
- Olive oil 3rd cup
- Soya sauce 3rd cup
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- Thumb size ginger sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1.5kg Grass-fed Aberdeen Angus Steak (we used Paléron)
- Wooden Skewers soaked in water.
COOKING METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together to make the marinade & place in a large dish.
- Slice steak in strips across grain & skewer.
- Place skewers into marinade & put in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to cook, heat up griddle until smoking then cook skewers to liking...
