Ingredients

  • Olive oil 3rd cup
  • Soya sauce 3rd cup
  • Minced garlic 2 cloves
  • Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • Thumb size ginger sliced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5kg Grass-fed Aberdeen Angus Steak (we used Paléron)
  • Wooden Skewers soaked in water.

COOKING METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients together to make the marinade & place in a large dish.
  2. Slice steak in strips across grain & skewer.
  3. Place skewers into marinade & put in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to cook, heat up griddle until smoking then cook skewers to liking...
