Ingredients

  • Grass-fed Aberdeen Angus Beef Ribs
  • Dry Seasoning for ribs
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbs Himalayan mountain salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbs chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Cooking Method

  1. Mix all your dry ingredients together and rub into your ribs.
  2. Place in an oven proof dish & cook in oven for 30 mins at 180°degrees.
  3. After 30 mins cover with foil & turn temperature down to 150°degrees & cook for 9 hours, basting with the juices every 2 hours.
  4. Once cooked remove from oven and strip the meat off the bones.
  5. Serve with a homemade BBQ sauce, simple green salad & new potatoes!!
