Ingredients
- Grass-fed Aberdeen Angus Beef Ribs
- Dry Seasoning for ribs
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbs Himalayan mountain salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbs chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Cooking Method
- Mix all your dry ingredients together and rub into your ribs.
- Place in an oven proof dish & cook in oven for 30 mins at 180°degrees.
- After 30 mins cover with foil & turn temperature down to 150°degrees & cook for 9 hours, basting with the juices every 2 hours.
- Once cooked remove from oven and strip the meat off the bones.
- Serve with a homemade BBQ sauce, simple green salad & new potatoes!!
