All our Beef is grass fed Aberdeen Angus beef, a slow growing breed purely bred for its meat. Our cattle are 100% grass fed for their whole lives and slowly grown until they are ready around 36 months old. All out beef is hung on the bone & dry aged for a minimum of 30 days.
